FAQ

1. How does FMG Suite work?

Advisors pick the plan that best suits their business needs. Our plans are based on a monthly fee and include a set of marketing tools and services.

2. What is the design service fee?

The design service is a one-time fee the advisor using the FMG Suite platform pays to design, setup, and get their website up and running.

3. How does billing work?

A credit card is required to set up billing. It will be automatically charged on a monthly basis, and a digital invoice is sent upon request. The design service fee is charged up-front for all plans. The advisor’s choice of setup determines when the monthly billing starts.

  • For an Express customer, monthly billing starts upon sign up
  • For a Concierge customer, monthly billing starts after 30 days.
  • For an Exclusive customer, monthly billing starts after 60 days.
4. Is an FMG Suite website required to access other features?

An FMG Suite website is not required, but we do recommend using it as the central hub of an advisor’s marketing strategy. Advisors with an external site can sign up for any of our plans, but the FMG Suite website will still act as a simple landing page, capturing the traffic coming from all marketing campaigns and redirecting prospects to the advisor’s external site.

5. Can advisors change or cancel plans at any time?

Yes. Advisors may cancel the service or change plans at any time, free of charge. Within the first three months after sign up, we do ask advisors for 30 days notice. To cancel, they need to either call our Customer Support team at 858-251-2420 or email them at service@fmgsuite.com.

6. What are the FMG Suite customer care services included with each plan?

All FMG Suite plans include:

  • Unlimited phone service.
  • White glove website transfer to move everything over from the advisor’s old website into the new design.
  • A 6-month marketing checkup to assess and review how the advisor’s marketing tools are performing.
  • A free homepage refresh to ensure the website has a fresh design, every 2 years.
