We’ve been hard at work this summer on a number of improvements and new features for your FMG Suite admin. Today, we want to introduce you to your revamped Content Library: giving you easier ways to find, bookmark and share our award-winning content.
Read on or watch the video below to learn more about the changes we’ve been working on for you.
Search, Filter, and Favorite – Oh My!
You may have already seen a new item on the left-hand menu in your admin: Content Library. This gives you immediate access to hundreds of articles, videos, infographics, quizzes and calculators. And we’ve made it easier to browse all that content, too…
You can now search for content by keyword, quickly filter the library by category and content type, and even flag content as “Favorites” so you can easily find those items in the future. Attract subscribers: you can enable Page Gating here to collect contact information from visitors looking to access your Resource Center.
Like before, you can still turn pieces of content “off,” as well as easily share content via email or social media.
Take a closer look…
Click the title of any content piece to get more details: you’ll see the content category, FINRA letter and options to share or view the content on your live site. You’ll also see the keywords associated with the content piece, allowing you to discover similar content by simply clicking a keyword.
New Thumbnail Styles
Your Resource Center is meant to compliment your site, not clash. Now you can control how items from the Content Library appear on your website.
- Will you choose the solid colors and clarity of the “Cards” style?
- Or perhaps the modern look of “Overlay” or uncluttered style of “Photo” better suits your website theme?
- If variety is the spice of your site, select “Mix and Match” to display all three styles throughout your website.
- Going for a classic, elegant style? You can “desaturate” any thumbnail style to display the graphics in black and white.
To keep your social media feed looking fresh, all content posted to your social accounts will have the “Mix and Match” thumbnail style.
We can’t wait to show you what else we’ve been working on, so stay tuned!
