“Bounce Rate” is the percentage of visitors to your site that navigates away without interacting with the page. If you see a high bounce rate on a landing page, it’s a sign that your content and website marketing strategy needs a redesign. Either you aren’t providing your visitors with a good user experience (slow load speed, not the information they were looking for, etc), or you aren’t attracting the right visitors to your site. Your bounce rate is important not only for the user experience but also for SEO. Google will acknowledge an extremely high bounce rate and may treat your site accordingly in the search results.
