How did you first learn about FMG Suite?
I have known about FMG for years just through getting marketing emails from them. After researching them, I quickly realized that they were a leader in the financial advisor website and marketing space. Their tools and website were was far superior to what I was using at the time, so I made the switch.
How have the FMG Suite tools helped with your marketing efforts?
First of all, the website options are tremendous. It is so easy for me to build and customize my website the way I want it to look. I previously spent a lot of money to have another company build my last website, but every time I needed it updated, I had to pay for it. As a result, I never updated it and it became a dinosaur. With FMG Suite, the customer service folks are very helpful walking you through how the tools work and how to build the site yourself if you choose. They also offer design services if you’d rather a professional do it, which is great. I like understanding how the dashboard works so I can continue to make changes over time.
Along with my website, I utilize the Monthly Market Insights campaign, which is great and informative, and I also use the Birthday campaign. I like being able to see who opens and interacts with the emails, as it helps me keep track of my opportunities. It’s so helpful that these send out automatically, as it provides me 13 more touches per person per year than I was doing prior.
What’s your favorite FMG Suite feature?
I like the blog section on my website, which I’m starting to take advantage of by adding my own blogs. I also really appreciate the videos that FMG Suite has already created and gotten approved by compliance.
Overall, I love that my clients are getting a high quality touch from me every month. Knowing that they are receiving education from me each month is so valuable.
What do you like most about your FMG Suite website?
It’s clean and stays up-to-date automatically. It’s also so easy to change or update yourself, or have someone at FMG Suite help.
Would you recommend FMG Suite to other advisors?
Absolutely, and I already do!
