Week 1 – Create

  • We create your website
    • We build your site structure
    • We add the FMG library of content
    • We add your logo, headshots or other photos you send us
    • We add starter copy to your site that’s designed to be customized
  • We send you log-in information for your FMG Suite Dashboard, including your website
  • We send you a link to our video tutorial on how to use your FMG Suite Dashboard
  • We purchase your domain and configure the settings

Week 2 – Connect

Advisor Tasks

  • You log-in to the FMG Suite Dashboard (https://secure.fmgsuite.com)
    • You customize the FMG-provided starter copy
  • You watch the video tutorial on how to use your FMG Suite Dashboard
  • You connect your social media accounts to your FMG Suite account (if you ordered Social)
  • You upload your list of emails for video newsletter (if you ordered Video Newsletter)

FMG Suite Tasks

  • We send your website to compliance for approval

Week 3 – Compliance

Advisor Tasks

  • You check the daily digest email for an alert that compliance has approved or requested changes to your site
    • If compliance has requested changes, you make changes or call FMG Suite (888.364.1260 OPT 1) for help
  • Once compliance has approved your site, call FMG Suite (888.364.1260 OPT 1) to get your site live

Week 4 – Launch
