The Role In a Nutshell

The FMG Suite Customer Service team is looking for a bright, engaging representative who will be the front-line of our brand experience. We want to build lasting, strong relationships with our customers, and that starts with a superb customer service experience. This is a full-time position that’s based in our San Diego office. Local applicants only please.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Provide accurate and timely support for customers who contact FMG via telephone, “live chat,” and emails.
  • Be courteous and upbeat when speaking to customers on the phone, looking to resolve most inquires on the first call
  • Record details of actions taken with customers using FMG Suite’s customer service tools
  • Diffuse difficult customer situations using a combination of rehearsed responses and polite and controlled dialog.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and coaching. Keen problem-solving ability.
  • Attention to detail, dependable follow-through and reliable attendance.
  • Strong English language skills. Excellent spelling, grammar.
  • Love using and helping others with technology

Nice to Have Skills & Experiences

  • Knowledge of the financial services industry, which helps when relating to our customers
  • Basic HTML and CSS

Our Customer Service team is a talented, closely knit group that relies on each other each day to handle customer issues quickly and efficiently. We invest in our CS reps and we give them the opportunity to get involved in other aspects of our digital marketing business.
