How This Advisor Gained 6 New Clients From One FMG Suite Email

How did you first learn about FMG Suite and how did you decide to choose FMG Suite for your website and digital marketing?

My broker-dealer, JW Cole, has a relationship with FMG Suite and between their referral and the recommendations of other colleagues, I decided to go with your company.

How have the FMG Suite tools helped with your marketing efforts?

I had been sending communications out to my clients, but I had never seen tangible results and wasn’t as consistent as I would have liked to be. But after implementing your Video of the Month and Monthly Market Insights, I had an increase in interest. In fact, I had 17 callbacks from one of the videos that got sent out, 11 of whom were prospects, and 6 of those individuals became new clients.

I thought that was really cool and now I use your videos, calculators, and articles to reach out to clients and prospects more often.

Do you have a favorite FMG tool?

I would say my favorite tool is the content library because all the material makes it easy to talk to clients and prospects about complex investing topics in an easy to understand way. For example, I love to show my women investors the Women and Retirement video because it does a good job connecting all the dots for them.

I also did a survey with my clients to see if they would be interested in a Monthly Market Insights video and the response was overwhelmingly in favor, so I’m excited to roll that out, as well.

What do you like most about your FMG website?

I jokingly call myself “IT Challenged,” so I love that the Dashboard is simple and easy for my assistant and I to make changes to the site. Sometimes changing a website can be a cumbersome and confusing process, but your technology and support team make it easy.

Would you recommend FMG Suite to other advisors?

Yes! I have never cared much about my website in the past, and viewed it as more of an obligation than a marketing tool, but now I link my website in my signature, tell clients and prospects about it, and am proud to show it off! You have a happy client down here in Florida.
