Before you say you don’t have a niche, we’ll tell you that everyone has a niche. You just need to find yours. To get started, take a look at your current client base. Are there any trends? If not, focus on your A clients, or the type of clients you enjoy working with the most. What do they have in common? Are they delegators, or do they want to be highly involved? And if there really isn’t a single trend (we don’t believe it!), you can always create your own niche.
