How have the FMG Suite tools helped with your marketing efforts?
We have had a lot of success with the monthly videos. Clients and prospects love the short videos and it increases our website traffic and starts some great conversations. It also helps us know what topics people are most interested in based on the popularity of each post.
What’s your favorite FMG Suite tool?
I love the email campaigns. Not only are they automated and send out every month, but the dashboard makes it so easy to gather analytics and see how people are responding and interacting.
Have you received any successes or feedback from clients or prospects?
We have found that adding our prospects to our email campaigns list is helpful. We had one prospect initially decline our services and after seeing a few of the videos, called back several months later and asked questions. It helped us re-engage a past prospect and start up a new conversation.
What do you like most about your FMG Suite website?
I love how easy the dashboard is to use! I am not tech-savvy, but the website and tools are so simple to understand, so I can easily make updates or changes when I need to.
