And while you’re writing in, we’ll let Gwen introduce herself. Gwen, we are so thrilled to have you here with us today.
Yes. Thank you. I really I really love this stuff, so I appreciate it. I love sharing it, and, it’s always fun to talk about it with people that are as passionate as I am.
Awesome.
Well, that okay. We got a lot of people coming in the chat. I can see it blowing up, so that’s so fun.
And while we’re still looking through that, maybe what we can do just to set the stage is we invited you here to talk about the website that you launched, but can you kinda take us back a minute? And we’re gonna pull the actual website up and show it, and I’ll come back to that in one second. But can you talk us through when did you launch this website?
So my my original website, I think I mentioned this to you before. I had original one when I started in February twenty twenty four, but I was in a rush. I needed to get my practice going. And so I kinda just it was like throwing stuff up there just to have the site in case anyone looked for me.
And then in the fall, after Focus, I had a conversation with FMG about redoing it. And I had a very specific vision and like how I wanted it to flow as far as information. And so I upgraded to the do it for me at that time and then redid the site throughout the fall. So I would say by January twenty twenty five, it was officially up and running.
Okay. So it’s been about eighteen months that you’ve had it just to set the stage for everybody here. So I’m gonna go back to this slide before we go further into Gwen’s story. And you may know that FMG does websites.
People have known that about FMG for a long time. However, we now have this full product suite that a lot of people are not aware of. So one thing to keep in mind that this is something where you can bundle it together or unbundle. So you might be listening and already have a website with someone else, and you just wanna get the best tips, or you may be in the market to upgrade your website and get one that’s helping you grow.
Regardless, you can pair our services together, bundle them together, or just use pieces of them. We’re gonna be talking today about both the website as well as our do it for me program, which layers on top of the website program. So you would have a website with us, and then if you, work with us through our do it for me program, you are assigned a concierge that meets with you every month, and they will actually execute an entire marketing calendar where they’re pushing out your social posts, your emails, helping you with edits to your website, talking you through ideas, things like that. So
Gwen’s gonna talk Gwen is part of that do it for me program, and we’re gonna be talking about both her website and her experience with that program and how she got these results. Did I miss anything on that, Susan?
Nope. That’s perfect. And it comes better from Gwen anyway. Okay.
And what about did I know you’re looking at the chat. We have people from all over. Do we have anybody who had some really fun thing this summer?
Yes. I mean, it happens to be the the one of the last ones, so it’s right in front of me, but it’s it looks amazing. We traveled over twenty states coast to coast and finished in Arkansas and in the Keys, had a blast. I mean, that’s amazing.
I have to ask if you had little kids in the car because that sounds like hell on Earth to me, actually.
Our kids the whole way, and we did a three week motor coach trip, seventeen states, six thousand seven hundred miles with all three kids and the fur baby. So I don’t know.
Aubrey’s gonna be sixteen.
I do. Okay. I mean, my kids get motion sick, and they’re younger, so maybe that’s why it sounds terrible to me.
But I said I think we need another webinar just on everybody’s summer trips.
Yes. Yeah.
Did you go anywhere fun, Gwen?
I did. I went to Hawaii for thirteen days.
What? Thirteen days. I wanna do that.
Yes. It felt like forever by the end.
Amazing. Oh, and we just saw Robert said he just signed up for do it for me. So he’s part of the program. Love to have you in and joining us, Robert. Nice.
His granddaughter. There’s so many good ones. Thank you guys for all that.
Okay. Alright. Well, let’s keep it rolling. I love all of the enthusiasm.
So yeah. So if you’re the other the other one I just wanna point out before we move on is that’s also new is FMG testimonials, the institutional intelligence, and FMG connect. So those are three new things we’ve all added in the last year. So if you haven’t taken a look at FMG in a while, there is a lot of new stuff to come and check out.
But let’s go back to you, Gwen. So you launched this site in January, and tell us about when you started with the do it for me program.
So that started in the fall because I signed up for it right after Focus. So I wanna say it was probably August, sept probably September. And then I work the website was being, like, revamped at the time. So I would you know, I was working with my concierge, Karen, who’s on, and we would do you know, we go through all of the stuff.
And this was kinda like my introductory into this world because I really didn’t understand any of it. So I use that as a like, I’m kinda seeing, like, okay. This is what this is what you should be posting. Because prior to that, I was doing it on my own, but I also like, through your your basic program, but I also didn’t really know what to expect.
I really hadn’t been on LinkedIn in years also. I didn’t know what people were doing. I was seeing stuff, and I was like like, some stuff I was uncomfortable with. Was like, I’m not posting these pictures.
Or because it’s LinkedIn to me as professional versus, you know, Facebook. So I really wasn’t sure what to do. So we would just, you know, stuck mostly with the calendar and we would do it. But then as time went by, like, would ask Karen questions, get get an idea, bounce it.
Like, when I wrote my first blog, I’ll never forget. I was like, I really wanna write blogs, but I’m nervous. So I wrote this blog. And I said, Karen, what do you think?
And I’ll never forget. She was like, it needs a little more substance. And I was like, okay, well, I needed to hear that because I had no idea. I’ve never really read a blog.
So then I kept diving deeper and deeper into like topics. And I started building off of I look at the calendar and I’d see the empty days and I would go, those are the days I’m gonna fill, like on LinkedIn. The blog posting, my biggest thing was I really wanted content. I wanted my website to be interactive.
Like, I always visualized it for some reason as more of a a tool, like not not like a not like a virtual brochure, you know? Like Yes.
Advisers, I think, have their site so they can just be found. And I was like, no. I want my website to be living and breathing and, like, moving around. And so Love that. I was consistently writing articles. With Karen will tell you, sometimes I got out of control because I would be obsessed with getting more in there.
So I would take the two articles that you wrote, the two blogs, and then I would write Actually, I let me just pause here real quick because I and I wanna hear exactly what you’re gonna say, but I we are getting some questions.
I think we should set the stage just a little bit better. So the way this works, and then we’ll talk about how you’ve adjusted and made it your own, is that you get this, right, every month from FMG. So Karen is who Gwen has been paired with. That’s her do it for me concierge.
We call them marketing concierge, and Karen and her meet every month. But in advance of that, she gets this. So this is the one for July, and this was you can see it’s color coded. So it’s purple as a social media post.
The lighter blue is a blog.
E is an email or I’m sorry. E green is an email. And then when you wanna see what that particular piece of content says, you can actually come in here and okay. So the Trump accounts was a big one. Right? So you can come in here. You can read it.
And if you wanna make changes to things, you are absolutely able to, but this part is all done for you. So then, right, Karen comes to you and says, this is the calendar and then asks you well, you could say it, Gwen. She asks you if you wanna change it.
Well, with time, she figured out. She was like, I don’t need to go over the calendar with you. She always would say, like, I know you know because she knows I look at it. Sometimes I look at it before it gets gets published because it’s, like, on my mind. And sometimes you guys have it out there, but you haven’t sent the email yet. So there’s been points where she told me, like, a certain article, some people are rewriting in their own tone, and I’ve done that.
And there’s certain posts that she recommends that I might not have thought of or changing something up or adding my own picture to a post that they’re doing, like like Christmas or something, like, add your family’s Christmas picture to the Christmas post, like, as simple as that.
Yep.
And then I would build in in I basically focused on the in between days. And so I would say, okay. I’m gonna you know, Monday doesn’t have anything, so I’ll post one of my niche markets that day, or I’ll write a blog and post about it that week. And that was kind of how I got started. Was just honing in on on the the blogs and then posting about the blogs.
So your strategy and this is something that I think is really, really interesting.
I’m gonna go back to our slides really quickly. You’re you’re talking about something that I think a lot of people here want, but they’re not sure how to get it, which is they want to get leads from their website. So they’re not really sure even where to start. So with the do it for me program, we set that foundation for you where, at a minimum, you’re gonna add two new pieces of content per month. And as you said, Karen, your concierge sorta knows already your business from those initial meetings, your intake, you know, who you’re targeting, what you’re doing.
And this you said you started, you know, through the do it for me program in the fall. And by January, February, March, Gwen, right, you said one Yeah. Lead a month was basically coming in?
One year. They said they say we say it. One about it takes about one year, and that’s exactly think I got my first real lead from the website in like November and it wasn’t good. And I wasn’t upset.
I was just thrilled. I remember saying to this woman, how did you find me? And she said she found me on the internet. I was like, really?
It’s really, it’s working.
Even if she wasn’t the qualified lead, it was just the excitement that Yeah, I mean, it wasn’t anything exciting.
She wasn’t like a high net worth client or anything. But I think that’s actually what helped me start to shift because now it had been a year going into a year. And that fall, I started changing the way I wrote my articles and I started adjusting. And I had more conversations with ChatGBT about adjusting and how to get people to find me on like Claude and how to where are people going with money to get information? And that is what I would say the pivotal the change started was the way I wrote the blogs changed. My tone changed. It’s more conversational and question based.
So I I’ve just put up some of the headlines from your blog, and what I you start to notice when you’re on the page is the pattern. Will your pension really be enough to retire as a New Jersey teacher? You know? What New Jersey teachers are really paying the four zero three b check. We call this in content marketing a content cluster. So your site starts to have a lot of information about a very specific topic. Claude, ChatGPT, Google start to understand that you are an expert in this particular area.
Yes. Oh, yeah. Yeah. Will be more likely to send people who are looking for those terms your way.
But I also wanna show this chart, which shows that what you were experiencing. In one in month one, you’re not getting anything from it yet because it takes a while for the content to start to be categorized, to be crawled by the web. It’s in what we call an exponential growth curve. And every month, the previous month gets layered on top so that by month twelve, you really, really start to see those results come in.
So let’s go back to we’re getting some questions about, like, you know, how did you decide what to to to post about and things like that? And you kinda told me a story that I’d love for you to share again about your previous experience in the four zero three b world and how you came to this idea.
Yeah. So so I I did hone in on, four core niches. And, yeah, I I try to revolve around those. And I have a color coded spreadsheet to make sure I write enough about each one every month.
So I was like, I try not to favor one over the other. And the public service employees one, I truly never really expected it to take off. Because in my experience working in that that world, the vendors that work there are it. They take all their information from there.
And I did not think that anybody like a school teacher or police or firefighter would be looking for me on the Internet. And I started and so I would write very casually about, like, pensions in New Jersey and four zero three plans. But then in the fall, I I think I felt a little antsy, and I decided to, write an article about the fees and how absurd the four zero three b world is for teachers. And I will say I I look back.
I read the article. It was not confrontational, but in my mind, I really felt like I was putting myself out there and I was really nervous. I was nervous about my past employer being agitated with me.
And so I put this article out there and it got so many hits and I was so shocked by Cause at first I thought, I truly thought that it was somebody saw me on LinkedIn and said, how dare she write this article? And so I had like seven clicks and I kept telling people, oh, I guarantee you my old employer, they’re all talking about me and clicking on it. And then it started like ***********. And I remember Karen saying, Gwen, these are not your old employers.
So now we’re up to like, I think that original one has like two hundred clicks right now. But then since then, I’ve written other things that have gotten like the the one that I I rewrote in May of twenty twenty two, I wrote another version, actually. Because that’s the other thing. Like, you sometimes you just gotta, like, clean up an article and re re redraft it.
Yes. And republish it with a new date, by the way.
It’s a great people It’s a big deal. AI search.
That really helps. The the AI LLMs love recency. So the if you have an article that performed well and has been performing well and you see it on your Google Analytics, it’s like one of your top hits, go in, clean it up, add new dates, new info, put a new published date on it, and that is a really good strategy.
I did read that. That’s why I read that.
I read all about that.
Question that I’m gonna bring up. The question is, how do you get this all approved with LPL compliance?
Yeah. I have to tell you. I’m really shocked that I never get anything rejected, and I cannot figure out how. I sometimes wonder. I know that they’re approving it.
So Also, I don’t think everybody knows, but we have a compliance integration with LPL. So if you’re with f FMG, when you post content on your website or you send out an email through FMG or you post on social, you just hit post, send, go, and it routes to compliance on its way out. And you don’t even hear from them unless there’s something wrong. I’m a twenty four, we’ve got multiple 24s. Everything we write, we know LPL inside and out. Everything we write, we’re ninety nine percent sure that it will go through because we know what they’re looking for.
So you just get to go in and do stuff and not have to worry about submitting it to compliance, which is really It is.
I will say that I mean, I was making a joke. I always expect them to kick back something. And I’m always shocked. In the very, very beginning, I wrote an article that had some tax stuff and I did get a lot of pushback on something and I had to adjust some language that I used or something.
And I think I just learned from it. And so now I post and I really never get rejections, which is like I said, for the amount that I do, I’m always shocked. But I think it’s because as long as you’re not guaranteeing things, and I think that LPL is very nice about my I mean, I’ve worked for companies where compliance was a nightmare. So this has been really, really nice.
And also the infrastructure of FMG being able to Yeah, not having to submit it.
Yeah, mean, all goes It clears through. And a lot of people have to understand, like if you’ve ever done this on your own, like I was telling Samantha that I years ago, tried to do this in the early 2000s, like mid 2000s, and it was a nightmare back then. You had to pay a private person, you had to submit paper, compliance took weeks. They would make you change one thing, like a picture, a word, and then you go back for three more weeks and you had to pay somebody along the way.
So it was like, by the time you were done, you just lost money on the deal. So this is the ability to be able to do all this and create like even I have posts lined up for sometimes for a few days. Like, when I went to Hawaii, I preposted a bunch of stuff. So I was on my vacation.
I was posting Schedule it. Live. So it it’s really nice.
And I think what’s what a couple of things you said is really I have to interrupt because it’s one nineteen eastern, and I haven’t given away any swag.
I’m Oh, I see. I do it every ten minutes, so I’m bad. Alright. So I asked if anybody had questions for Gwen.
And Alexandria said she has a question. I’m gonna give her swag. I’m gonna give her a YETI wine tumbler, and I’m gonna ask you her question, which is do you advertise or I guess let’s talk about market your four niches on different platforms or on all four platforms? And I’m not sure which means by platform.
Like, I’m thinking she’s LinkedIn.
So I use LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. Okay. And I don’t even have a lot of file yeah. I don’t have a lot of followers.
Like, is this something I’ve talked to Karen about a lot? And so I would say to her, like, I I barely get, like, a new user on Facebook. I get, like, one every few months. And but I think that you I keep posting because it’s it’s like it’s like octopus.
Like, it’s getting into all the areas of social media. So even though no one’s liking like, if you go on my LinkedIn, you might not see many likes on all my posts every day, but they’re getting out there. And I know they’re getting out there because of the like, I got a message the other I think it was this morning, actually. Somebody was asking me how to set up an able account for their child and then gave me their whole life story in the email.
And I know that this woman had to found me through the Internet. She didn’t find me because she’s hanging out with me on LinkedIn. So yeah. So those are the three that I use.
One of your points too there is that and a lot of people don’t realize LinkedIn is, like, one of the second or third, depending on the LLM, most cited sources for AI search. So if you want ChatGPT, Gemini to recommend your business, having a presence on those platforms is really important. And for the human, right, if I just go look up your name, Gwen, LinkedIn is gonna be after your website, one of the first pages that I see. And so, you know, I’ll go look at it.
And if I see that you haven’t posted anything in a long time, that tells me something very different than if I see all these great articles that you’ve got. So that makes a difference. I just also wanted to point out because people are asking about what you’re doing versus what we’re doing through the do it for me program. So this article here is one that was written through our do it for me program.
So you can see it’s all about taxes. This is one. Again, we put our compliance hats on, make sure we know it’s gonna get through compliance.
You can certainly change it, adjust it to be specific, but it’s going to go from the calendar if you say, yes. This looks good, and then live on your blog. We’re adding two of those a month every month. And then in addition to that, Gwen is then saying, okay. What does my particular audience also want to hear about? And those four practice areas she mentioned, she’s then got content pillars for those So talk to us a little bit about when you get this calendar.
And I don’t know, Susan, if you’re raising your hand, but I was gonna say, like, how you work with Karen to decide how you’re gonna combine the two.
So I usually so Karen follows me, obviously. And so usually, I just ask her for to be honest with me. I’m like, if you see something, you gotta tell me. If it’s not good I generally post the stuff because sometimes I do it on a whim.
Like, the one thing I would say is I do try to stick to, like, a schedule, but something let’s say something happens or, like, a major announcement or just something wild happens. Like, you know, like Dolly Parton passing away. A lot of people posted about Dolly Parton. So, like, people I have, like, pivotal things that happen, and I will just run with it.
And I’ll check-in with I think honestly having Karen, I don’t necessarily talk to her as I’m doing it, but I ask her if I’m doing okay. Like, I’m always like, what are other people doing? Am I am I doing And she’s always telling me I’m doing fabulous. So I feel like if I put something out there that’s really bad or and I mean more like stupid bad.
I don’t mean like, you know, politically bad or anything. I just because we’re usually we’re sticking to main subjects here.
She’ll tell me and she’ll give me she does give me advice. And I will say, I listen I do listen to everything she’s saying. And some of it I haven’t done yet because of certain things. She wants She tells me to try to put my own pictures up, and that’s something I’ve hesitated to do.
And the second thing she always encourages me to do, she wants me to email the blogs to my clients and prospects. And I have, I will say I drag my feet on that because I do write so much. I don’t want to overwhelm these people. I’m trying to get new clients and I feel like I’m bothering old clients.
Only if it’s a really juicy article about teachers will I forward it to my teacher group.
If it’s a good article that I feel like like end of year review, might forward to all my clients. So so I mostly use her. Like, she gives me feedback and ideas and suggestions, and I’m constantly taking notes when I leave.
So I have I love that. And I also just reminding everybody, Karen works for FMG because the way you’re talking about her, it sounds like she works for your firm. I love like, it feels like an extension of your business, which is amazing, and that’s our goal. But Sam, I’d love you to take this question because I think it’s really, really good one, and I’d love to give Nicole let me get her last name. Garfias, if you Nicole, you have won a YETI wine tumbler because I really like your question, which is Hey.
How do the LLMs treat duplicate like, so if all the different customers are using the same blogs, is that is that bad for the LLMs? And I we’ve talked a lot about this and, you know, recency, geographic, specialty content, content that’s optimized for AEO. Like, that’s what matters, but you talk to that question because I think that’s a really good one.
It is a good question. And I think the thing why Karen is or Karen. See, now I said it. Karen, you’re telling all the love on here.
Why Gwen is getting such good results is that she’s pairing the two together. So as Gwen said before, you can schedule posts out in advance through the platform. You know, right, when you get this calendar that we are giving you good content that you can use. Our hope is that you will always take the pieces that we’re giving you and adjust them just a little bit to be specific to your audience.
That it it’s a very low lift for a much higher impact.
And now in AI, it’s a lot easier to do it’s a lot easier to do this even more so. But you can also do what Gwen’s doing, right, where, Gwen, you typically don’t edit the blog posts that are part of the do it for me as much as you just supplement them with the other ones that are specific to your audience. So you will not get penalized by the LLM for using those posts as is.
You will get a bigger reward. Right? You’ll get more visibility if you either edit them or you supplement by also having articles specific to your audience. So that’s the difference.
And I think, like, as you think about so the LLMs, it is hugely geographically based. So if somebody is looking for a financial adviser or if they’re asking a question about, you know, estate planning or some specific question, the LLMs are going to first look for geographic matches. So the fact like, we have it’s a small universe of of do it for me advisers. It’s really sort of an elite club, and they’re all over the country. So Yeah. It is very unlikely that there’s going to be two in any geographic area, and we are optimizing these for AEO by how we write it.
So we’ve got Even up here.
Look. It says New Jersey financial planning blog. Right? Or Yes. You know, the the special needs, or what was the one I just saw? You have it where it’s like, yeah, trust services New Jersey. So you can Yeah.
Exactly. Just adding that geography, but the fact that you are located there and then our websites are AEO optimized.
The problem, like if you don’t do content, you’re not gonna show up because the LLMs, when somebody’s asking for, I just sold a business or I just had a liquidity event, they’re asking very specific questions, or they’re saying, Find me an advisor near me.
Those things are content dependent, and we know how to write content for the questions that most of your ICPs or ideal client profiles are asking about. I did see a question, which I think is a great one, and I’m gonna call it out about whether you have a dependence, whether do it for me really requires you to have email addresses. And I would say it’s helpful if you have email addresses because part of it is dripping on your clients and prospects because that drives referrals and conversions. But we’re also doing blogs and social posts. So it’s not mandatory, but I would say it’s it’s definitely a more than nice to have.
I would say there’s a a good amount of people who they have the email addresses of their clients. It’s not like they have a big lead list.
Oh, True.
True. You know?
So they’re they’re using it for because so much of the communication also helps you drive those warm referrals. So if you look down here in what the emails that we send, every month, you add your new clients. So, Karen, oh my gosh. I’m gonna I can’t stop.
Gwen I’m gonna be we need to give Karen some swag for all the callouts.
I love it. So as when you’re getting these leads coming in from the website, you, and you could talk us through this, but, you know, we make sure, right, Karen, make sure that they’re getting added to that new client welcome series emails.
And the if you have centers of influence you wanna drip on, but even just getting them added to the, the different sequences can help with those referrals. So can you talk a little bit about the CRM you use and how that pairs together?
Yes. So I was mentioning earlier, I just I really kept things pretty simple when I came over. So I did not sign up for a lot of things. I only did the website and MoneyGuidePro.
So that was like it. And after that, I’ve been slowly doing things. So I’ve been joining a firm. So as you can see here, I put information because I eventually would like to we have to start, like, combining our websites, and I’d love to start getting more leads for them too.
And so when I joined with Perennis, they had a CRM. They use Wealthbox, and I hadn’t really used that level yet. So I’ve been playing around with that. And when I hooked up with it, I didn’t know that it connects to your FMG.
And so every time someone goes to my website, it pushes the lead into Wealthbox, which is great. And then I created tags for my niches. So then they they go into the column, the categories. So if I send an email to special needs people and they put in their information like they’re a fresh lead, but also the people I already had in that category, they’ll all get the email.
So Yeah. That’s basically I mean, it’s it’s actually pretty cool how it all syncs together and comes together. But I certainly didn’t know this for a long time. I was actually doing it manually.
So we have direct integrations with the CRMs that, you know, the top CRMs advisers are using. And when you hook it up, it it is a, you know, a two way sync. So what’s nice is if a lead comes in like you saw the pop up on the website here, somebody fills out something, they get, you know, your downloadable, they wanna, you know, join your webinar, you collect their email, it automatically syncs to your CRM. And as Gwen said, you can even have them be tagged in a certain way so that every time you don’t need to email, if you have a great new piece about four zero three b, you only need to send that to the people that are tagged as public service employees, not the entire list, which really allows for much more effective marketing.
Yes.
Okay. We have some more questions, like really good ones, and we’re trying to, you know, in the interest of time, make sure that we get through them all. Why don’t we do this?
Aubrey, could you put up the poll in the background, that people could, you know, say whether or not they would like to learn more about the do it for me program and working with FMG, to start getting results like one has with the help of Karen and the do it for me team. And if you’re interested, we’ll certainly reach out. But let’s go through some more of, these questions that I think is, you know, really will be helpful for everyone to hear. So Nicole asked about, you know, how do we target different geographic areas if your clients are in different states or we wanna, you know, prospect in different areas? For you, Gwen, you’re really just targeting New Jersey. Correct?
Yeah. I mean, I’m licensed in a lot of states like everyone else. And, also, like, new new honestly, New Jersey is New York, is Pennsylvania. And sometimes if you’re really far south, it’s Delaware.
So Yeah. I’m licensed, and and I thought about this. Like, oh, you know, I will say, like, don’t get greedy almost. Like, you have to, like, keep it simple because you can get very distracted.
And so I decided early on. I was like, let’s just focus on New Jersey. Let’s be honest. Like, how many people do I get in New York, really?
And Yeah. My thought is if you’re like I’ve met people that have practices in two different states. Like, they’ll go to Florida and and New Jersey. And I think you could, technically, like, you can mention it.
And and you can use chat GBT for a suggestion on how to word it because I just recently changed this financial planning and wealth management. This it said something else for the longest time. And then as I was doing a a website cleanup one day, I I sent it through chat GBT and I was like, you know me now. What do you think I should do?
And it told me to change it to this.
And this is so strong by the way because it puts the keywords.
Right? It doesn’t just say what you do. It says who you do it for and where. And for those peep to answer the question, what we our research finds exactly what you said, Gwen.
When you start getting greedy and you wanna list out every state you work in, that confuses these LLMs. So the better thing is to choose what is the one area that you really wanna get the most juice out of and push people from there. Because these likely, if someone is doing a search, even if they don’t say they’re looking for they’re from New Jersey, Claude, Chatuchipiti, it knows they’re in New Jersey. So it’s going to go look for advisers in that area.
So in your contact information, you already have here in New Jersey. Maybe your, you know, Google business profile page is listed in New Jersey. So including New Jersey in your content here, we wanna make it as easy as possible for the AI to say, who is the best answer to this question? If someone’s looking for an adviser who helps public service professionals in New Jersey, it’s gonna be pretty easy to see that you are the right answer by the way you’ve set up your content and the blogs that you have.
So that’s I love that you said that because I wrote it in the answer like that, and I was like, I hope I hope they all agree with me. But, yeah, that’s I definitely agree. And I also I’m gonna give the last swag to Sean Leonard, who is he was the one I’m pretty sure that called out that we should give props to Karen. I love that.
And he also said he’s setting up an AI bot on his FMG site to get even more out of it, which I love. And we are working on integrating our MyRepChat tool into our FMG website so that people could chat, and it would go right to your cell phone. That’s coming soon too. So, anyway, Sean, can you, email just go to the yep.
We’ll get we’ll get out to you to get your address.
And I okay. I know we’re, like, really running out of time here. We promised it’d be thirty minutes, and we’re going over because Gwen is so much better. But I wanted to share with you the because I know a lot of you have reached out to us.
Doesn’t matter if you have an FNG website or somewhere else saying, you know, my traffic is down. I’m not getting as much traffic. And, Gwen, I thought it was interesting as you mentioned that one post got two hundred visits. Right?
Some people might be like, that’s a lot. But in the world of marketing, that’s not that much, but that’s actually a good thing. We want high quality people that’s targeted. I’d much rather have twenty qualified visitors who that’s a good fit to read than two thousand, and they’re coming from, you know, India and China, those places where we can’t serve them.
So Yeah. When you’re thinking about your website, where does the share of revenue come from?
It comes from the sites that are the most like or the pages that are most likely to convert. So more website traffic in and of itself doesn’t mean anything. We instead wanna be highly focused on what is there.
And so that is why I think your strategy is working so well, and, you know, you’re seeing such good results. This is just that chart I’ve shared before about how much this world is shifting because of these AI tools and how much people are using tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude to find you. And, you know, I think when your results speak for themselves and and, you know, the great, results that you’re getting in leads. So we’re so excited, and we love partnering with you.
Susan, do we wanna go over any more questions? Or I feel so bad. We’re really over.
Do we wanna I’ve been my eyes have been down.
I probably look terrible on camera, but I’ve been trying to answer everybody. So if not, they have our email, and they can email us, and we’ll answer them that way.
But I think they’d probably appreciate the time back.
Okay. Well, here’s a QR code if you missed the poll and you wanna connect with us. Gwen, any final words that you wanna share about this process or, you know, getting started with do it for me or building a new website?
Yeah.
I would say that when I was starting it, I will say, like, I spoke to a lot of people.
Some people were negative, some people were positive, but I will say nobody was really putting in the time. And I did do my research throughout the the year. I I attended your podcast or your webinars. I’ve attended there was a Michael Kittis one or two that I did that were very like, really helped me realize how I had to hone in on this.
It was two advisors that were successful. And so I just kept sticking with it and doing it and doing it my you know? And you feel like I will say this. Like, it is about the infrastructure, and I cannot emphasize it enough.
I don’t know where else I would get the ability to do what I’m doing because the compliance component is a real problem if you try to do it on your own. And also the content you’re creating is really good. It’s just that I’m doing more. And so if I took you away, I, you know, I I just look at it as I’d be there would be a big gap, and I’d have to post even more.
And and maybe there are a point where that would happen, but it’s it’s the fact that I can get through compliance very successfully.
The compliance part, the consistency, the foundation, and then all you have to do is come in and on top, think about what your particular audience, those extra pieces that they would wanna see. So we Yeah. We love partnering with you.
We love the results that you’re getting, and hope to check-in with you in six more months and Oh gosh.
Hear about creating more growth. Yes. Thank you.
So thank you everyone for joining. If you had any questions we didn’t get to, feel free to email us at marketing at f m g suite dot com. Thank you, Gwen, and we hope all again soon. Thank you, Susan. Thanks, Sam.
