Liz Norman

Chief People Officer

As Chief People Officer, Liz believes that people are the strategy—not just a function that supports it. She leads the People & Talent team across the full employee journey, from the moment someone first meets FMG as a candidate through every chapter of their time here, with a steady focus on making that experience feel personal, consistent, and true to who FMG is as a company.

Liz partners closely with executive leadership and with leaders across the organization at every level, bringing a people lens into the decisions that shape FMG’s future—how the organization is structured, where it needs to grow, and how it stays resilient and adaptable as the business scales and evolves, including through FMG’s investment in AI-driven innovation. She sees her role as helping leadership build not just for the next quarter, but for the kind of company FMG wants to be over the long run.

With more than a decade in senior HR leadership, Liz has built her career around a simple idea: that thoughtful, well-designed people programs create the conditions for both individuals and the business to thrive. She and her team lead work across organizational design, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, leadership development, and culture—always grounded in genuine care for the people doing the work. That’s especially true in a fully remote environment, where Liz has been intentional about building connection, trust, and a real sense of belonging across a distributed team.

As FMG grows in scale and complexity, Liz stays anchored to one thing: building people systems that are thoughtful, transparent, and aligned with where the business is headed.
