Service Attachment for FMG Essential Website Design Service

Unless otherwise defined in this Service Attachment, capitalized terms will have the meanings given to them in the Agreement. This Service Attachment governs your order for the Essential Website Build Service.

1.Definitions.

a. “Additional Project Hours” means additional professional services hours by a Website Coordinator that may be purchased at the rate specified in this Service Attachment.
b. “Dashboard” means the hub you will use to make changes to your Website and utilize our marketing tools.
c. “Exclusive Build Hours” means up to nine (3) professional services hours performed by your Website Coordinator as specified in this Service Attachment.
d. “Essential Build Service” means our Website design service described at https://micro.fmgsuite.com/essential/.
e. “Website Specialist” means a FMG specialist who will assist with your new website build.

2. Process. Your Essential Website Design will start upon your payment for the service. The Essential Website package is a turnkey website option that incorporates best practices for layout, copy and calls-to-action, making it easy for you to go live quickly without rounds and rounds of revisions. FMG Creatives and Web Designers have crafted three turnkey goal-driven designs that you will choose from to pair your business and brand strategy with. Once you select the design that aligns with your business goals FMG will personalize that design by adding content from your previous website or other content, images, information you have provided to FMG through the Brand Questionnaire as outlined below. Once the website preview link is shared with you, you will have the option, if desired, to make your own edits to personalize your website further. A Website Specialist will also contact you to schedule a website review where you can make any final personalization requests that you need assistance with. If you desire to have further consultation or additional time with a Website Coordinator to make further personalizations to your website you may purchase additional Build Hours at a rate of $75 per hour.

The design process will look like this:

  • Introduction & outline of the process: you will receive a video explaining the entire process
  • Fill out the brand survey & selection of your design: you will receive an email with a link to the brand questionnaire. This will include 3 website design strategies and you will select the one that best fits your business. Selecting which design is critical to the success of your FMG website within the Essential Design Service. Completing the brand questionnaire is required to start your build. If we don’t receive your questionnaire in 30 days, we will start your build on our Expertise template.
  • Review & Iterations: you will receive a developed version of the design you chose along with website copy/content you have given FMG or purchased from FMG. You will also receive a list of the outstanding items that we need to complete the process. Should you choose, you may have one 30-minute complementary call with your Website Coordinator to review the website and make any final personalizations. After the review call if you have any remaining adjustments you can make them yourself through the dashboard or you can send a one time final punch list to your Website Coordinator.
  • Submission to Compliance: when you are ready you can submit your website to your compliance department or ask your Website Coordinator and we can do it for you.
  • Domain & Go Live: once the website is approved by compliance you will be contacted by our Domain Specialists to ensure your domain is set and we will take your site live.

3. Essential Design Service. Here are some useful pointers that will ensure a successful design process:

  • The design service will focus on the ‘look and feel’. The Essential Build Service focuses on the ‘look and feel’ of your homepage. The content on your Website (text, images, video) will depend on you. Our content library, standard pages, and copy material give you a great place to start.
  • We transfer up to fifteen (15) pages of content (including team pages). The fifteen (15) pages can include content from your current website or any document files you provide during the process. This content is added as-is and does not include proofreading or formatting.
  • Custom Copywriting is NOT included in the Essential Design Service. Our standard copy is free to use, and copywriting services are available; visit fmgsuite.com/copywriting for more details.
  • Your monthly billing will begin on the First Billing Date (as identified in your Order). Billing is not dependent upon your Website being live.

4. Your Responsibilities. You play an important role in helping us deliver a successful design process. You will be expected to follow our design schedule and process, provide requested information (including, but not limited to content, images, feedback, applicable domain names) in a timely manner, and monitor the compliance process. Your failure to provide timely feedback when requested may result in delays and subject you to additional charges. We will not be responsible for delays or your dissatisfaction resulting from your failure to abide by the terms herein.
