To kick things off, where are you from, and where do you live now?
I was born and raised in Isabel, Leyte but most of my childhood was spent in Abuyog, Leyte. Currently, I’m living in Cebu City, Cebu which is the oldest city and the first capital of the Philippines.
As a Customer Service Representative, you work to ensure that our customers get the best service possible. You do an excellent job of ensuring everything runs smoothly and our customers are happy! What is your favorite part about this role?
It is when I’m able to deliver the best experience as a customer service representative. The thought of being able to efficiently solve our client’s issues in a timely manner makes me pleased as punch. I always believe in the saying “If you don’t take care of your customers, someone else will” that is why I know how crucial it is to provide excellent customer service in order to keep clients in your business.
What’s a “typical” workday look like for you? Even if tasks change daily, we’d love to hear more about what your day-to-day responsibilities and activities look like.
Most of my shift is spent on chats and when the chats are closed, that’s case time for me!
Do you have any success stories that you would like to share? Or did you work with a customer and find this task particularly rewarding?
Every positive feedback means success to me since it indicates that I’m doing a great job. Whether it is from my colleagues or clients, having positive feedback is a success story worth sharing!
What do you like to do for fun outside of work?
While I can list a plethora of things that I love to do for fun outside of work, my favorite one would be connecting with nature. I believe that our bodies deserve negative ions to relieve stress and depression. (I’m just using the negative ion thing to sound smart haha!)
If you could have dinner with anyone (past or present) who would it be and why?
My mother. She passed away when I was 18 yrs old. I just miss her big time.
Describe your perfect day (could be at work or outside of work.)
I’m a goal-oriented person so every goal that I accomplish on any particular day would be considered a worthwhile achievement, hence, making my day perfect.
If you could time travel, what era would you choose and why?
I would go back to the 90s when I had some of the best memories of my life.
What’s the best advice that you have ever received?
Never waste time and use it only for the things that matter. It is true in every aspect of life!
