If people come to your website but don’t actually contact you, fill out a form, or sign up for your newsletter, does the traffic really matter? The goal for any website visit is to get that person to ACT, so you can gather their contact information and begin to engage them. These are called CTA’s or “Call-to-Action.” The trick is using the right wording, site structure, and design to encourage someone to click that button and sign up.
